Examine the rights in the leased property.
Check the legally permitted uses of the leased property and if the use defined in the agreement matches the existing plans.
Draft a lease agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Fair Rental Law and court rulings.
Prepare forms of guarantees for the signature of the tenants and/or guarantors.
Check the names of the tenants in the register of limited accounts at the Bank of Israel and the register of debtors limited in execution and in the bankruptcy system.
Conduct negotiations on the lease agreement until signature.
