Our office specializes in eviction and construction transactions in Israel, which are a type of combined transaction between an owner and a developer. We represent both apartment owners and developers.

When we represent the owners, we provide the full range of legal services needed by the owner, from the preliminary stage of the project to the end of the project and the handover of the new apartments to the owners. Our office provides a professional and available team that specializes in real estate and eviction and construction transactions. We provide ongoing legal support and advice to the owner throughout the project, at all stages.

We manage the homeowner’s tender until a developer is selected by the owners. 

We negotiate with the developer and hold working meetings with them. 

We contact a qualified tax consultant who specializes in eviction and construction transactions to receive an opinion regarding the taxation aspects.

We also contact professionals required in the process (such as a real estate appraiser, architect, and construction inspector) to examine the potential construction rights and to assist in managing negotiations with the developer.

We also accompany all aspects of taxation and reporting to the Tax Authority. We provide legal advice regarding the wording of guarantees and regarding issues that arise in the matter of banking support. We also advise and monitor the progress of the planning and construction procedures together with the relevant professionals, and represent the project until the rights are registered.
