Ohad Shpak on Buyer’s Price / TheMarker (Haaretz Group)

The Israeli TheMarker newspaper published an article on April 12th 2020 about a case law concerning the Buyer’s Price governmental program.

The Buyer’s Price program (known in Hebrew as ‘Mechir Lamishtaken’) is a governmental initiative to help facilitating the purchasing of a first apartment in Israel with preferential terms.

The article published in TheMarker deals with a verdict by the District Court of Tel Aviv with regards to compensating buyers in a Buyer’s Price program. 

Ohad Shpak was interviewd as a lawyer who specialezs in representing clients who purchase apartment through this governmental program.
