Our office had filed a petition to Israel's High Court of Justice against Netanyahu-Gantz coalition agreement and against allowing a criminal defendant to form a government.

On behalf of a non profit named Israeli Democracy Guard, our office petitioned to the top court in Israel claiming that the court will order Israeli President not to give MK Netanyahu the mandate to form a government due to his criminal charges.

The petition also claim that the coalition agreement signed between the Likud party and Blue and White party is invalid due to many changes that needs to be done to Israel’s constitutional Basic Laws.
